»Isabel«

by Brendon Tawanda Takarinda, March 13, 2023

Daffodils smell sweet.
Your deep dimples bring out my smile with
such ease.
There is joy in knowing your existence is my
peace.
I long to see you, especially the day you run into my arms and
nothing else will matter.
It is only a matter of time till we exchange our embraces.

This Poem is dedicated to my niece, Makanaka Isabel Takarinda.
